Reliable shared ground transport for crews and families. $125/person each way. We can run a shuttle with a minimum of 6 riders. There will be 14 seats available on each shuttle. Once a date is open, individuals can join. We will add scheduled shuttles without a minimum on certain dates based on the Philmont individual programs. We will have those scheduled by February 1, 2027.

Booking windows
All shuttle dates are finalized by June 1. We may not be able to add a date after that point. After June 1, please contact us if your date is not listed or there are not enough seats remaining for your group. Within 24 hours of departure: pay in full and get Main Event approval before confirmation — we verify seats first.
